Governance Code Steering Group seeks Chairperson
A chairperson is required to lead on the development of Good Governance: A Code for the Voluntary and Community Sector (the Code).
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Steering Group as it builds on the initial success of the Code and firmly establishes it as a widely used governance resource for the sector.
Governance Hub
The Governance Hub completed its programme of work and closed on 31 March. To ensure you have easy access to the full range of information and documentation produced by the Governance Hub, all content has been transferred to the Governance and Leadership section of this website.
Seven out of ten aware of Governance Code
Good Governance: a code for the Voluntary and Community Sector is a review of the sector's awareness and response to the code and includes recommendations for its future development.
The research, commissioned by the Governance Hub, was completed by nfpSynergy earlier this year.

New publication highlights skills gaps
Third Sector Skills Report 2008 is now available.
This latest publication cites further evidence of skills gaps and gives recommendations.
The study is based on he views of frontline third sector employers in England, expressed in a number of focus groups.
