Resources
Campaigning Effectiveness is a central resource for developing and improving advocacy, campaigning and policy work in the voluntary sector. We produce a range of tools and resources, from free downloadable factsheets to more detailed publications, and also guide you to useful resources produced by other organisations.
Getting you started
Campaigning should be accessible to everyone; our free downloadable resources introduce and demystify a range of topics in campaigning and influencing. Subjects include Campaigning in Collaboration, Monitoring and Evaluation and Involving your Beneficiaries or Users.
For more information and to download your copies, see our Getting you started pages.
Publications
Two series of publications are currently available:
- Good Practice Guides to campaigning, which explore key principles for effective campaigning, such as working in collaboration and monitoring and evaluation
- Campaigning in Focus, a series of practical reports and analysis into campaigning which complement the Good Practice Guides
For more information and to buy or download, see our publications page.
Online networks
We will shortly be launching two online networks for everyone involved and interested in campaigning and policy work across the sector. The online policy forum and louder.org.uk will provide a unique space for policy workers and campaigners to exchange ideas, share resources and collaborate on specific iniatives.
For more information, see our online networks page.
External reports
We have collected a range of external reports that may be of interest to campaigners and policy workers.
See our external reports page for more information.
Other resources
Have a look through our links page for details of other organisations offering resources and training in advocacy, policy work and campaigning.
